Downtown is the place to be if you are looking for vintage fashion and one of a kind accessories. Downtown Mesa is one square mile of unique style featuring coffee shops, entertainment venues such as the historic Nile, and numerous art galleries. This unique set of businesses makes the perfect home for new addition LollyPOP Vintage and its host the Eclectic Monkey Emporium.

The Eclectic Monkey Emporium is located in the heart of Downtown Mesa, as many call it, the “Square Mile of Unique Style”. If you are looking for something original, vintage, special, the Eclectic Monkey might have you covered. This is no average thrift store, you will be taken back by all the treasures and exclusive items in the store. Rumor has it they might open a chocolate or espresso bar inside the store!

LollyPOP occupies a small portion of the back of the Eclectic Monkey. Do not let the small square footage fool you. It makes good use of the space and although the selection is small each piece is hand selected because of both style and quality.  If you are looking for something fun and funky for a night out I highly recommend you stop by.

The LollyPOP’s home, Eclectic Monkey Emporium, should not be overlooked. A staple in the downtown shopping district it is known for its hand-picked second-hand clothing that is both affordable and stylish, which is much appreciated on my limited college student budget. Their clothing is great if you’re looking for everyday wear or something for a fun casual summer look.

Last stop on my shopping adventure was Twisted Sisters Designs.  Twisted Sisters is a one of a kind design jewelry shop.  Each of the original designs are handcrafted and made to order. The shop is full of amazing pieces such as a tape measure wrist band and a fork necklace.
